This sparkling wine is made using the classical French technology from selected grapes harvested in own vineyards. Subjected to secondary fermentation in a bottle with subsequent aging in a horizontal position for at least 9 months.
The originality of the sparkling wine is completed by a bottle of a fine crystal.
Color: yellow straw crystalline.
Bouquet: citrus, peach, baked bread.
Taste: Fresh, exciting, expressive.
Serving temperature: 6 – 8 °C.
Food pairings: caesar salad, hard cheeses, chicken and turkey rolls.
