An elegant wine with a distinct floral flavor and fresh taste. Made exclusively from the best selections of Chardonnay grapes, ripened in the vineyards in the heart of the Republic of Moldova. The result is an elegant one and reveals a fabulous floral bouquet, which although it is presented  fresh and supple, offers maturation notes.

Color: Straw yellow.

Bouquet: delicious vanilla tones, due to the preservation of the wine in oak barrels, thus completing the aromatic harmony. Yellow apple, pineapple, quince.

Taste: soft, savory, tender; mineral acidity renders a good structure and special elegance to wine. Fresh, vivid, balanced.

Cricova is the first company in Moldova to produce sparkling wine according to the method of the famous monk Dom Pérignon – traditional method. The technology is complex and involves secondary fermentation in the glass and further maturation of the cuvée.
