The smell is fresh, vegetable, with hints of nettle, shock and bell pepper. The taste surprises us with a high minerality, specific to the Siminoc area. The wine is recommended to be consumed accompanied by fish dishes, seafood or poultry dishes with sophisticated sauces, but without intensely flavored spices.
