Nathalie and Gilles Fèvre have a famous name in Chablis, they are the cousins ​​of the famous William Fèvre, whose partners in La Chablisienne were until 2004, when they decided to start on their own path, which proved to be a great success. Both oenologists, Nathalie and Gilles exploit an area of ​​42 ha, of which 2.5 ha in Chablis Grand Cru (Les Preuses) and 12 ha in Chablis Premier Cru (Fourchaume, Mont-de-Milieu et Vaulorent). Here, the two husbands and their daughter Julie produce wines of great authenticity, balanced and very elegant. They thus continue a tradition begun in 1745.
