He inherited it from his family and she helped him become one of the best producers in the place. Born into an old family of winemakers, whose history dates back to the seventeenth century, he worked in the vineyard as a child. But he always nurtured the ambition to make his own wine. This part of his story is relatively recent – it all started in 1980, at the age of 19, when his father, Jean Girardin, decided to divide his property in Santenay between the four children. Each received three hectares. Vincent’s passion spoke for itself, and his wines were quickly noticed by critics and connoisseurs around the world. Thus it was able to expand to 22 ha, reaching one of the reference producers in the Côte de Beaun Variety: Chardonnay – vines over 50 years old, biodynamically grown grapes and harvested manually Color < : bright straw yellow : tasty, very fresh, velvety and mineral, with high acidity, fruit aromas (renglote, ripe pears, yellow apples, citrus) and floral, with hints of fresh butter, spices and mint; long, vibrant finish Culinary combinations: excellent as an appetizer, but also with seafood, shellfish, fish Serving temperature 12 ° C
