Four types of grapes with distinct personality each adding unique flavours in a perfect harmony of sensations.
Colour: Dark maroon, bright
Bouquet: Rich in well-ripened black fruit, plums and raisins.
Taste: Displays the usual structure, complemented by fine tannins and velvety taste of ripe black fruit plums, jam, caramel and chocolate black at the end; the aftertaste is long, with hints of tobacco and vanilla.
Culinary combinations: Best served with beef, lamb but also cheese or dark chocolate.
