Tasting notes: According to the Romanian tradition, from Tamaioasa Romanian a sweet or at least semi-sweet wine must result. In Segarcea, the cultivation of this grape started relatively recently, so oenologists experimented as much as possible with the characteristics of this variety, creating as an alternative, a dry wine, extremely expressive, which expresses the amazing qualities of the Oltenia terroir. Its extremely rich bouquet varies from roses, to fresh fruits, from Whiteflowers to the classic aromas of Muscat, thus covering the whole range of aromas. The strong and persistent taste is fresh, with a lively acidity that allows the developsent of a set of complex and well-structured flavors. The proof that the choice of a dry creation was a perfect one, is representsd by the gold medal awarded to this wine at the Vinalies Internationales competition in Paris in 2012.
