It comes from the same family as Tamaioasa Romanian. Vintage: 2011 Vineyard organization: The estate has 14 hectares of Tamaioasa Roza, cultivated of which 1.5 ha being the initial vineyard, over 100 years old. Vinification method: when they reach a ripening stage of 256 g of sugar / 1 liter of juice, and then clean the bunches. The aromatic richness is given by the peel of the fruits, therefore, for its extraction the grapes are subjected to the maceration process for 24 hours, at a temperaturebetween 8 and 10 ¼C. Color is also extracted by maceration. Then a light pressing follows, the juice obtained being fermented for 30 days in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, between 15 and 18 ¼C. In order to maintain the level of residual sugar, the fermentation was stopped by filtration. Tasting notes: A grape saved from extinction, which managed to be appreciated internationally in just a few years of existence on the market, winning the gold medal in 2012 , Bordeaux. The success is all the more remarkable as the jury of these competitions prefers dry wines. The aromas of peach, Whiteapricot and red berries create a delicate but strong bouquet.
