They were matured in barrels of sherry oloroso and Pedro Ximenez. It has aromas of sherry, cherry jam, dark berries, melea and baking spices fill the nose. The taste offers notes of melea, honey, vanilla, barley sugar and fried oak, with sweet blackberries.
