Feteasca Black is attested as one of the oldest grape varieties in Romania, the historical sources talking about its cultivation since 2,000 years ago, during the Dacian times. It seems that this grape variety first appeared in the Prut area, and over time it spread to other areas of the country, to the sunnier vineyards. Along with this extension, the Feteasca Black variety also developsd other properties; in favorable years competing with Cabernet Sauvignon, considered the best variety for red wines. The secret of Feteasca Black grapes lies in their resistance to cold and drought. In general, the wines produced from Feteasca Black are dry and appreciated for their sophisticated aroma. Color: Intense red Taste: Sophisticated cherry aromas black, seasoned with spicy clove accents. Bouquet: Rich notes of black cherries and juicy plums, to which are added finely smoked tones. Culinary associations: We recommend pairing with mutton and beef. Serving temperature 14-16 ° C
