This intense, dry wine impresses with the complex aromas of berries.

Multiple medalist at national and international competitions, this wine impresses with the naturalness and elegance of the bouquet. Obtained exclusively from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes harvested by hand in October from vineyards located in the Valul lui Traian wine region.

The maturation of the wine takes place in stainless steel vessels with the application of the battonage technique. The collected grapes are peeled, after which the cryomaceration technique is applied.

Color: ruby ​​red intense, with purple reflections.

Bouquet: intense aromas of wildflowers and peach. Completed towards the end with the sweet honey of acacia honey.

Taste: fresh, elegant, but structured and balanced, in perfect harmony with the smell.

Culinary associations: as an aperitif or with light dishes: salads with fish, white meat or grilled fish.

Serving temperature: 8 – 10°C.
