Gitana Lupi 6 x 750ml

Reserve wine. Red, dry, blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Saperavi.

The grapes are harvested by hand. Produced using classic techniques and modern equipment. Soak maceration and fermentation takes place for 20 days in oak tubs. During fermentation, efforts are made to optimize the extraction of aromas of all grape varieties included in the blend. This allows the winery to obtain that unique structure specific to this wine.

The vinification process continues with a period of 10-12 months of maturation in 225 liter barrels. Followed by a long aging period of at least two years, in large Krasnodar oak barrels. Allows Gitana Winery to obtain an elegant and balanced wine.

Color: intense ruby ​​red. With purple reflections.

Bouquet: intense, rich. With aromas of blackberries and fruits. Also has shades of chocolate, coffee beans, licorice and morocco.

Taste: balanced, structured. With strong tannins, intense and complex taste. Presents a refined, long, plum and blackberry aftertaste.

Culinary associations: may accompany smoked meat, grilled meat, mushrooms and other fried vegetables. Perfect with game, red meat and ripe cheese.

Serving temperature: 16 – 18°C.
