The grapes are picked by hand. Then the maceration takes place in open pots of wood without temperature control, and with the help of native yeasts. The wine is then stored in stainless steel tanks until the blending is done.
Grapes: Merlot 70%, Rare Black 30%
Color: dark garnet.
Bouquet: fresh mulberries and raspberry compote evoking thoughts of berry pudding.
Taste: intense and complex taste. With velvety tannins, lactic notes following the malolactic fermentation in wood, but also of well-marked dried fruit.
