Intense ruby red. High intensity of red fruits, full body, well balanced, with ripe and velvety tannins. Long end. Aromas of sweet and ripe black fruit, with secondary notes of oak-specific spices. Fermented at controlled temperature and stored for 15 days in stainless steel tanks. Maturation in small French and American wood barrels (1/3 new) 15 months, followed by 3 months of aging in glass.
