The Bourgeois family belongs to the tenth generation of passionate souls dedicated to the production of unique wines from the Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir varieties. The two wines that bring fame and pride in the small village of Chavignol, are obtained from the Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé areas, located in the wine region of the Loire Valley. Here we work on a mosaic consisting of many plots with vines, but each plot is delimited and worked with respect to its characteristics, offered by the soil enriched since the Kimmerigdian (Jurassic) era. golden.
