The result is a balanced wine that will develops over time a special bouquet. It keeps its varietal character over the years.
Particularly expressive, Castel Pinot Gris is a wine that is suitable for aging. One of the best semi-sweet white wines in Romania.
Color: golden yellow, clear.
Bouquet: floral with notes of jasmine, vegetable, yellow apple.
Taste: pleasant acidity, quince, mango, dried fruit.
Culinary associations: poultry, fish dishes.
Serving temperature: 8 – 10°C.
