Dalamara Winery is a boutique winery with a history dating back to 1840. Today the winery is run by Kostis Dalamara, a young but remarkably talented oenologist trained in Burgundy, who represents the 6th generation of a family of oenologists. Kostis and his wife, Maria Doulgeridou, grow about 6 hectares of organically grown grapes in the Naoussa region. in Gevrey-Chambertin, Alsace, Roussillon and Catalonia, Spain to focus on terroir-focused winemaking, spontaneous fermentation and significantly reduced use of SO2. A very fruity Whitewine from the organic vineyards of the Dalamara property, refreshing for hot days. Color: straw yellow, green reflections Variety: 50% Assyrtiko, 45% Malagousia, 5% Roditis Bouquet: pineapple and quince aromas Taste: fresh, contains earthy notes due to soil minerality and is characterized by nervousness and vibration; the aftertaste is also fruity, with cold touches of aromatic herbs Culinary combinations: Mediterranean dishes, seafood, poultry, Easter with light sauces and fresh vegetable salads Serving temperature 8º-10ºC
