LA SAPATA ALIGOTE

LA SAPATA ALIGOTE is the result of an Italian-Romanian collaboration, at the border of the Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve: CramaDi Filippo contributes with his experience for the exploitation of a valuable area in the Dobrogea hills. LA SAPATA ALIGOTE is a mix of technology and tradition, capitalizing wonderfully on the rustic character of the area – the cultivation of the vine is done respecting the ecological and biodynamic rules and using the horses for tillage. of ripe fruit, even hints of honey and pollen come, it is juicy and natural on the palate, on which it prints peaches and ripe pears. The creamy overall note seems to be the imprint of the terroir of North Dobrogea, where not many have Aligote but sell. Of all of them, only La Sapata has organic wine certification and deserves it.
