Lacerta vineyards are located south of the Carpathian Mountains, along Parallel 45. Passing through Piedmont and Bordeaux. Beneficial positioning is only the first resemblance to the famous wine regions. In Muntenia spring is dry, autumn is sunny and the soil is fertile and clean; only good for rich vineyards that stretch over hundreds of acres.
In the same place, among the vineyards are often seen green lizards, from which the Latin name of this wine was borrowed in 2011: Lacerta.
Color: Yellow with green reflections.
Bouquet: Successful, delicate, with vegetable and floral aromas.
Taste: Vegetable aromas, intense and well integrated with alcohol, acidity and sugar that dilutes slightly at the end. Medium-lasting aftertaste.
Food pairings: One of the right choices for white meat dishes (chicken, chicken, turkey). Fish, seafood, or fresh cheese with white mold.
Serving temperature: 8 – 10 °C.
