Lacerta vineyards are located south of the Carpathian Mountains, along Parallel 45. Passing through Piedmont and Bordeaux. Beneficial positioning is only the first resemblance to the famous wine regions. In Muntenia spring is dry, autumn is sunny and the soil is fertile and clean; only good for rich vineyards that stretch over hundreds of acres.
Color: Light yellow with green reflections.
Bouquet: Wonderful citrus aromas and the perfect blend of fruit (apple, grapefruit, banana). On the same background there are also vegetal notes of freshly mowed hay.
Taste: The taste is fresh, slightly tannic, elegantly structured with aromas of peach, honey and trees, with a long aftertaste.
Food pairings: Suitable with white meat (chicken, turkey, lamb) and grilled fish, seafood menus, or cheeses.
Serving temperature: 8 – 10 °C.
