Lacerta vineyards are located south of the Carpathian Mountains, along Parallel 45. Passing through Piedmont and Bordeaux. Beneficial positioning is only the first resemblance to the famous wine regions. In Muntenia spring is dry, autumn is sunny and the soil is fertile and clean; only good for rich vineyards that stretch over hundreds of acres.
In the same place, among the vineyards are often seen green lizards, from which the Latin name of this wine was borrowed in 2011: Lacerta
Color: Ruby-red,
Bouquet: Bouquet of black berries, represented by raspberries, with a note of maceration.
Taste: Aging in barrels for 12 months allowed the wine to borrow sweet shades of vanilla; smoked plums and coffee. The body of the wine is elegant and simple, of a medium consistency with suitable astringency.
Food pairings: Serve meals with red meat (beef / game), turkey. After the main course, enjoy this wine with smoked cheeses.
Serving temperature: 17 – 19 °C.
