Lacerta vineyards are located south of the Carpathian Mountains, along Parallel 45. Passing through Piedmont and Bordeaux. Beneficial positioning is only the first resemblance to the famous wine regions. In Muntenia spring is dry, autumn is sunny and the soil is fertile and clean; only good for rich vineyards that stretch over hundreds of acres.
In the same place, among the vineyards are often seen green lizards, from which the Latin name of this wine was borrowed in 2011: Lacerta.
Color: Greenish yellow. Clear and bright.
Taste: Energetic, acidic and well balanced in the amounts of sugar and alcohol, which gives it a dry taste, characteristic. Notes of drupe wood seeds and a little white pepper.
Culinary combinations: A friendly wine with chicken or turkey dishes in the oven. Snacks with smoked cheeses and, for dessert, tarts or any other fruit cakes.
