From the highest hill in the south of the country, this blend was born between Tamaioasa and Feteasca White de Stefanesti. It has a modern packaging, inscribed glass and glass stopper. It is a clean, expressive, slightly vegetal wine to keep a note of freshness. Assemblage of White semi-sweet varieties, Semi-sweet Whitewine, with intense aromas of bite, acacia flowers, lime, honey, shock, high acidity to balance with the residual sweets. Cultural associations: attention desserts: the wine must be sweeter than the food, and the acidity can pull back the apparent sugar. Lightly sweetened fruit tarts for nothing, soft cheese, goat cheese with aromatic herbs and other new experiments / experiences.
