Bright ruby red. Full body, fresh, with delicate tannins and intensely fruity notes. Long and tasty finish. Aromas of ripe red fruits with notes of sweet spices. Fermentation 15 days in stainless steel, with 3 days of storage on yeasts before pressing. Maturation for 8 months in French oak barrels of cycle II, III and IV, followed by another 10 months in cement tanks.
