Intense color, ruby-red, with purple tits. The taste is intense and strong, elegant and fresh with balanced and crunchy tannins. Displays notes of violets, tobacco, blackcurrant jams and candied cherries. The velvety tannins and rich extract give a velvety texture. Intense aroma of fruit, with sensations of cherries and blackcurrants, spices, mint and licorice. Fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks for 15 days. The wine was aged for 11 months, in oak barrels (80%) and in cement tanks (20%).
