Dark red, almost cherry. Rich aromas, silky tannins, being both supple and dense Remarkable profile, with aromas of red berries, spices and balsamic and pepper notes._ Individual fermentation of varieties in stainless steel tanks, both alcoholic and malolactic. Maturation 15 months, 75% in “barriques” in cycles II-IV and 25% in new “barriques”. After the first 12 months the wine is assembled and returns to the “barriques” for another 3 months. After bottling it is kept in the bottlefor 6 months.
