SERAFIM is the brand for wines obtained from grapes harvested and sorted by hand. These wines are processed by classical methods; with special attention to the specifics of each batch, variety and characteristics of the must. The wines are matured, bottle and matured under carefully controlled conditions. Seraphim wines are produced in a limited edition. Color: Bright yellow-green with golden hues Bouquet: notes of lemon and grapefruit; shock and mint Taste: The taste is balanced and elegant. The aftertaste has a long lasting intensity Culinary combinations: The slightly sweet riesling goes fantastically with a slightly seasoned red duckspulp.
