Licorna Tămâioasă Românească is traditionally vinified to offer the sweetness of the grains preserved after fermentation along with its many fruity aromas. Serafim is the brand of the producer Licorna Winehouse; with vineyard in Dealu Mare. The Licorna complex includes the vineyard and the old mansion from the beginning of the 20th century; where the cellar is, the place where the first owners matured wine more than 100 years ago. In the cellar of the Licorna mansion, mature wines are kept in 80 barrels of different types of oak and three buds of 2000 liters. there is also the winery center, built in 2013. In the new building there are fermentation tanks with modern technology and processing capacity of 150 tons of grapes annually. Color: Yellow- gold. Bouquet:: The fragrance brings an essence of natural resin; popularly known as incense, followed by fruity notes of pear and vanilla. After a while, the sweet scent of honeycomb also appears. Taste: The sweet and fruity notes are intense; refreshing and pleasant. Post taste is medium; but intense and balanced.
