It is a limited edition wine made from Chardonnay grapes. Harvested from selected vineyards. Aged for 8 months in first Transylvanian oak barrels.
Colour: A typical orange color with slight hints of ocher. The wine is slightly cloudy due to the non-filtration of the yeasts.
Bouquet: Aromas of ripe fruit, especially quince and peach, given by the six weeks of maceration. Discreet woody influences.
Taste: Complex, elegant, special, with fine fruit aromas and hints of vanilla after the taste.
Food pairings: Serve with pork steak, stewed carp or duck breast with blueberries.
