An elegant Pinot Noir with aging potential. We are dealing with an elegant, surprising Pinot Noir, which displays a body size above average and is at the same time delicate, velvety and round.
Color: Ruby-red with a slight transparency, specific to the variety.
Bouquet: Playful aromas of cherries and plums bring a cheerful mood. Also supported by delicate notes of wood given by the Transylvanian oak, after eight months of maturation.
Taste: Aromas of red fruits and spices open up on the palate. A Pinot Noir skillfully crafted to be generous in flavors and only good to keep in your collection.
Food pairings: Serve with steak with grilled vegetables.
