M1. Crama Atelier is a Murfatlar Romania project launched in 2001; which addresses consumers of modern premium and super-premium wines. In the cellar we find a complete technological line of vinification, of the latest generation, small stainless steel tanks and six hundred new Romanian oak barrels, ready to offer to the enthusiasts the tastiest and highest quality varieties of wine. The project has been allocated the best hectares of vines, with excellent harvest potential. The unique Murfatlar microclimate in turn favors the shaping of these remarkable wines, classified in collections and reunited under a name that honors the Romanian wine. Color: The color is a pink expressive, of medium intensity and with a slight violet tint. Bouquet: The aromas are raspberry, strawberry, nectarine and cherry. Taste: Taste, we find red berries, freshness and a well-balanced acidity. Culinary combinations: Excellent with fish, especially with salmon and trout, grilled lobster, light poultry dishes, light sausages, pizza and pasta. Very good with moussaka and eggplant salad with baked peppers.
