A champagne that impresses with its originality. Moet & Chandon also stands out this time with the inspiration to choose the grape varieties for its products. For this champagne, the Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunir varieties were chosen, from which some of the best harvests were obtained in 2009, from a qualitative point of view. Pinot Noir is the backbone of this blend, being used in a proportion of 50%. The other two varieties, Chardonnay and Meunier, are used in a proportion of 36% and 14%, respectively. Before being bottle, champagne is kept in cellars for about seven years. In order to acquire a notable individuality, the bottle are not sold before another six months after bottling. The smell is noticed by a wide bouquet of aromas of apricot, vanilla, almond, coffee and peaches. The taste stands out through the sweet notes of honey, the peppery notes and the aromas of lemon and pink grapefruit.
