Color: Red-violet.
Bouquet: Cherry notes.
Food pairings: Serve with soups with vegetables, special mention for the typical Apulian soup based on beans. Traditional Apulian first courses such as “ciciri and tria”. Or with orecchiette with turnip greens, snails, crustaceans, red and white meat.
Serving temperature: 15 – 18°C.
