Intense ruby red, with bright shades of purple. Cabernet Sauvignon specific tannins, complemented by fruit flavors given by Merlot and Syrah spices. Very pleasant sensation given by the specific aromas of aging, with a long and persistent finish. Complex aromas, specific to each variety, without being one of them dominant. Individual fermentation of the varieties in stainless steel vats and maceration at controlled temperature for 20 days. Malolactic fermentation in concrete tanks. Individual aging of varieties and plots 12 months in “barriques” (except for Merlot, which is aged in 500l French oak barrels).
