Crama Histria Nikolaos Rose

The Nikolaos Rose 2019 wine comes from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, grown on our plantation, on the sunny hills of Dobrogea, near the Histria fortress. Baked under the rays of the Dobrogea sun and caressed by the Black Sea breeze, the grapes were harvested and sorted by hand.  Nikolaos Rose 2019 wine was obtained by using spontaneous flora (wild yeasts developsd by grapes) in fermentation and has a clear color. pale pink, the color of the petals of sweet roses. It is a complex olfactory wine, fresh, light, in which the aroma of red fruits predominates, a very well balanced wine.` Culinary associations: Seafood, fish dishes, pasta, light summer salads.
