Intense yellow color. It has an appetizing taste, slightly salty, with an explosive aftertaste. An absolutely impressive wine with excellent ripening potential. Creamy impressions, with aromas of candied fruit, honey, bread and melted butter. In the glass it opens very quickly, in vanilla waves. Fermented on the skin (maceration) for 4 days in conical oak barrels, 4,000 liters (tino), with wild yeast. The wine was aged for 23 months in 3,000 liter (70%) oak barrels and 225 liter (30%) oak barrels.
