Golden-yellow, bright. It is elegant, pleasant, persistent with an intense aftertaste. Mineral aromas, with delicate impressions of peach, ripe pears and grapefruit, but also with floral-grassy tones of basil, tomato leaves and Mediterranean herbs. Fermented on the skin (maceration) for 4 days in conical oak barrels, 4,000 liters, with wild yeast. The wine was aged for 23 months in 3,000 liter oak barrels.
