Oprisor Dragaica Red Case 6 x 750ml

Four important red varieties from the Oprişor Vineyard create this wine: Feteasca Black, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Shiraz. Dragaica Red combines Feteasca Black’s grace and Cabernet Sauvignon’s force, Merlot’s velvet and Shiraz’ spiciness. Well-balanced, harmonious, with intense and pleasant nuances developing flavors of dried plums, currants, slightly burnt wood and milk chocolate. It’s appropriate to the aim it was created for: association with gastronomic dishes.

The wine obtained separately from each variety is matured individually in barrels for 12-19 months. The blending taking place before bottling to obtain an expression with well-ripened tannins. Balanced by a fine acidity, which has a well-integrated alcohol, a splendid aromatic palette and a long finish.

Color: intense ruby.

Bouquet: pleasant scent of plums, currants and chocolate, wrapped in fine accents of burnt wood.

Taste: Oprisor Dragaica Red is complex, intense, well balanced and slightly astringent. A splendid aromatic palette and a long finish.
