La Cetate (At the Fortress) is not only one of the brands having written history in the revival of the Romanian wine. For the Oprisor Winery, this was the first series of premium wines.
Due to the minute and meticulous way they were worked, brought exceptional results since their first year of production. In the name of a history which is still in the making, but also in order to celebrate the rebirth of these lands.
Color: Greenish yellow.
Bouquet: Intense floral shades, where we notice especially linden honey and acacia flowers.
Taste: Aromas of intense citrus and acacia flowers, complemented by exotic breezes of mango and pineapple. Fine and well-balanced.
Food pairings: Tamaioasa Romanian is an elegant but friendly semi-dry assortment. Best served with desserts with white chocolate but also as an excelent aperitif.
Serving temperature 10 – 12 °C.
