Ruby red. Full, fine, concentrated body, with silky tannins and fruit aromas. With a balanced and fresh finish. A well-structured wine. Remarkable aromatic complexity, with obvious fruit aromas, fine spices and balsamic notes. The sorting of the grains is done manually. Alcoholic fermentation occurs at 26-30 degrees Celsius for a week. Maceration on watermelon between 10 and 15 days. Malolactic fermentation made in small oak barrels (70% new and 30% past the first cycle). After the first 12 months of maturation, the wine is assembled and returned to the barriques for another 6 months. After bottling, the wine is stored in the bottlefor another 12 months.
