Celler de Capçanes Peraj Ha’abib, a kosher certified dry red wine, made in almost equal proportions from 35% Cariñena varieties; 35% Grenache, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, co-vinified. well-ripened reds and blacks (cherries, plums, blackberries), but also aromas of toast and coffee. The ripe but soft tannins and a long aftertaste complete the complex portrait of a wine that is suitable for aging in glass.
