Opaque ruby red with purple iridescence. The taste is rich in aromas of ripe fruit, chocolate and vanilla. Richly fruity notes, delicate tannins and high acidity lead to a full, dry and slightly salty finish. The nose has aromas of plum, vanilla and spices. Crushing and fermentation in stainless steel. 10 days of post-fermentation maceration. Matured for 12 months in French oak barrels (25% new).
