A very pleasant and friendly red wine, extremely popular. Aromatic, with soft tannins and good duration but, at the same time, complex and very rich, it is a wine that is easy to drink on any occasion. A safe choice for a Sunday meal with the family. Grape varieties: Xinomavro (1/3), Krassato (1/3), Stavroto (1/3) . Features: A seductive combinestion of sun-dried cherries, raspberries and currants blends with aromas of olive paste, tomatoes and a hint of spices and vanilla. Dark ruby red color. Elegant, velvety and vibrant palatine with fine persistent finishes. . In the case of RAPSANI, all the fruits are grown together in small plots nestled on the slopes of Mount Olympus at an altitude between 250 – 350 meters above sea level. There, the microclimate conditions and the sandy, clayey and calcareous soil form a distinctive subterroir of cattle between 15 and 30 years old. Culinary combinations: Serve at 18C as a fine compliment to foie gras, poultry, lightly seasoned red meat and cheeses with strong flavors, beef stew and steaks. Prizes: 2017 Rapsani 2014, Texsom International Wine Competition, Bronz
