Recas Muse Day Rose

Recas Muse Day Rose is part of the special collection from Recas Winery, the Muse Collection. Muse Day is dry and Muse Night is semi-dry. Both characterized by discreet color and many intense aromas.

Vinification is made in the style of the French region of Provence. The grapes are picked from the sunniest vineyards, with slightly alkaline soils, at an optimal time to achieve a perfect balance between ripeness and freshness.

The pale salmon pink color is achieved by maceration of red grapes – a light infusion of the berries to extract taste, aroma and color, but without extracting the tannins typical of these red grapes.

The fermentation and conditioning of the wine is done at low temperatures, without much intervention, to keep the primary aromas of fruit and flowers unaltered. Thus, this rosé does not come into contact with oak or oxygen, but immediately after stabilization, the wine is bottled. The result is a rosé capable of conveying the character and purity of the aromas of freshly picked grapes.

Color: salmon-pink, clear and sparkling.

Bouquet: main aromas are of red fruits such as strawberries; red currants; raspberries and cherries. Complemented, especially on the palate, by citrus notes of red orange and pink grapefruit. The Cabernet gives it texture, and the Merlot variety, more velvety, gives the wine a supple and pleasant body.

Taste: dry but fruity, refreshing, with well-integrated alcohol and a candied fruit finish.

Serving temperature: 7 – 10 °C.
