Recas Muse Stars Sparkling is made by the classic Champagne method. Obtained from the base wine from Recaș Winery, transformed in sparkling wine in Germany.
Is a sparkling wine with fine pearls and small, dense bubbles.
Color: pale yellow with slight golden reflections, good clarity.
Bouquet: Olfactory begins nicely with aromas of fine yeasts and fruits, yellow pears, peaches. With an obvious minerality and aspects of toast.
Taste: medium acidity, good body; reminiscent of watermelon yellow, ripe peach, slightly pigmented with citrus aspects. Balanced finish and good aftertaste.
Culinary associations: semi-hard and hard cheeses, cheeses with external mold (Brie, Camembert). Caesar salad, chicken and turkey roll, deep fish (turbot), large crustaceans (crayfish, lobster, lobster). Desserts with vanilla, peach, mango, pineapple.
