Recas Oaks Cabernet Sauvignon is a dry red wine (barricaded for 12 months in and aged 18 months in the bottle) is a pure-blood Cabernet Sauvignon with a long aftertaste, suitable for aging for at least 10 years.

Bouquet: The wine opens on the nose with pure and intense aromas of cherries, currants and ripe strawberries. In the second plan we distinguish fresh notes of sage, sweet spices, nutmeg and black truffle.

Taste: Appetizing, the wine surprises us with its depth. The well-blackened tannins give it a firm body, but well balanced by the density of the fruit and the well-integrated alcohol. A pure-blood Cabernet Sauvignon with a long aftertaste, suitable for aging for at least 10 years.

Culinary associations: Maturatla grilled beef steak, wild duck, lamb. Hard matured cheeses 18-24 months – Comte, Gruyere, Parmesan. Savory tarts and desserts based on dark chocolate and sweet spices.

Serving temperature: 18 – 22 °C.
