From grapes from the best vineyards on the hills of Recas, harvested at night to protect them from heat and to protect their intense aroma, the Selene range appeared – named after the incarnation of the Moon in Greek mythology. Selene means to enjoy the pleasant coolness and light of the moon. It means passion and intensity.

Color: red-purple.

Bouquet: fresh shades of cherries and red currants, complemented by floral accents and vegetable tones.

Taste: dynamic and elegant, dominated by raspberry, vanilla and light smoky aromas. Long, pleasant and velvety aftertaste, typical of a Merlot.

Culinary associations: traditional Romanian cheeses; pig or pheasant preparations; dark chocolate desserts.

Serving temperature 14 – 16 °C.
