Recas Sole Rose

Recas Sole Rose is a wine from the Sole collection from Recas Winery. Sole is the bow we make to the Sun, an essential ingredient of wine. At Recas, the Sun is best captured in White bright and warm wines.

Sole means to enjoy the Sun, to overcome the cold, it means optimism, joy, warmth, attitude and lust for life. Or, as written on the label (the thoughts written there belong to a man who spends most of his life in the vineyard): “Sun is the eternal essence of a well-lived life.”

Recas managed to capture a ray of sunshine in 3 white wines and in a rose: Chardonnay, Feteasca Royal, Sauvignon Blanc, Rose.

Color: a pale, clear pink wine.

Bouquet: intense aromas of summer cherries, cherries, strawberries, ripe peaches and vanilla.

Taste: vibrant acidity, together with intense aromas and supple body make this wine balanced and refreshing.

Culinary associations: salads based on cheese / fish / lean meat; fatty fish (salmon); desserts with berries.

Serving temperature: 7 – 9 °C.
