Ruby red, with brick reflections. Round, full-bodied and complex, sweet, fruity, refined and balanced. Fresh and invigorating, with notes of almonds on a very long finish. Elegant bouquet, aromas of violets and fruits (ripe cherries, plums and raisins), with notes of spices, caramel and tobacco. xx 0 0 dry from late September to January at controlled temperatureand humidity. Fermentation lasts 30 days and is stopped by cooling. Matured for 8 months in Allier oak barrels and then 6 months in glass.
