SMELL: Elegant and fresh complex, pleasantly fruity, aromas of exotic fruits and floral aromas, supported by notes of woodiness and vegetables. TASTE : Fresh, well balanced, expressive and fruity with notes of melon, pear and peach, which mixes with oily and mineral notes. The taste is fine and supple, velvety and of a large body. The finish has a delightful freshness with a remnant of walnut. CULINARY ASSOCIATION: Next to Whitemeat, chicken, fatty fish or turkey breast prepared in the oven in cooking paper or foil, with vegetables and citrus. It is excellent next to pan-fried seafood with risotto, or seafood paella. At the end of the meal, it is excellent with hard and semi-hard cheeses (Padano grain, Cheddar, Monterey Jack) with fresh fruits, grapes, yellow pears and almonds.
